Add support for GitHub's new Dimmed Dark theme

Believe it or not, GitHub announces that the new Dimmed Dark theme is now open for beta testing. To activate it, head to the user menu at the top navbar, go to Feature preview and enable New dimmed theme & settings.

I would like to see if this browser extension fits very well for this theme.
