Splitview pane doesn't open when clicking hamburger button

Sometimes when clicking hamburger button the splitview pane doesn't open.This happens only when clicking hamburger button in compact inline mode to open splitview pane

1) The SplitView pane is now closed when selecting the previously selected MenuItem. 2) The swiping gesture logic has been fixed to improve the experience of using the swipable SplitView....
