Added the "PanePlacement" Feature

I edited the Class and the Style to allow to use the PanePlacement feature (Left/Right) with the same Swipeable gestures. It must work as the same way, but I have only tested it setting the Placement in the xaml code and without change it after from Code Behind, but I think that it should work too.
