It might be issue with the scancode that I run with tern. I'd like to check if scancode provides inconstant result when it is ran independently, but I was not...

@mcjaeger LOL I got it. I just wondered if the test instance's case has same problem with me or not. Then, simply the service would be down now right?

@mcjaeger Do you have any clue that why this kind of problem occurs? or any way to monitor FOSSology service working properly with out the problem? I suppose it will...
