It's not clear how to get started with PowerCD

Maybe I am completely missing some documentation somewhere, but it's not clear to me at all how to get started using PowerCD - either with a new module or adapting an existing module.

@voltagex I 100% agree, I'm working on that now. I used to have a plaster template to deploy PowerCD but a major refactor of the code rendered that useless. As of now it's basically impenetrable to anyone but me and I get that :)
