How would one go about adding a user right now? As well as adding the correct permissions? Via the identity table?

Same happens to me, re-running it fixes it however not its not possible to run this repo in a CI for automated builds

This is something I cannot fix as I do not have a Mac nor an Apple Developer License, as mentioned in the top comment this issue has something to do...

The issue isn't the missing developer license (I could do that), the major problem is I do not have a mac
