Mark system apps, that you can clearly distinguish them. That could prevent some accidents.

One example: The app "/system/app mover" marks them with an box in the top right of each appline, with red background and "system" as text inside. This solution doesn't work for ApkTrack because in top right corner is no free space, this is only give an idea.

Maybe overlaying a small gear image or something on the app's icon would work. I'll mark this as low priority.

As you made the lines per app now highter, there could be the red box directly under the icons.

While marking system apps with a special symbol would still be nice, it is not really necessary as ApkTrack allows for disabling system apps from being listed at all in its settings (which is on by default, IIRC; otherwise it should be the default setting IMO, in order to avoid mishaps).
