time delay on apps cause stracker chaining apps overload

Describe the bug When you chain several apps on the server, like AC SERVER-> MULTISERVER MANAGER -> STRACKER -> ACPENALTY -> FAIRRACING, apps checks overload stracker. Time set for checks 200 ms, real time 450 ms or either checks appears.... causing apps not working correctly...

To Reproduce Installing on multiserver manager (premium version) stracker, acpenalty and fairracing. ACPenalty chained from proxys of stracker, fairracing chained from acpenalty.

Expected behavior All apps working correctly-

Additional context Possible solution: Server manager making multirelay for custom apps(?) or maybe only for ACPenalty and Fairracing. If needed i can help to config them, and tell you how they run.
