Improve search

Currently the search in CAA is very simple, as it's based on the extension name only. I don't think we should consider tags when execute search queries, but searching among descriptions can be really useful.

However, full-text search requires significant changes in the database and the corresponding functions that I do not have time to do at the moment.

Perhaps someone else could have contributed to this.

I guess something like fuzzy searching or giving good results for synonyms and mistyped words and such are not viable?
