Send fanart notification only when it is popular tweet

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Since fanart feature sends all fanarts from latest section, sometimes the bot sends non-fanart/advertisements, which is not actually a fanart.

Describe the solution you'd like Change the mechanism of fanart notification to only send when the tweet is featured on 'Top' category or if the fanart is officially retweeted.

Describe alternatives you've considered None.

i'm not sure about this, if my bot only pickup the top twitte that will make the underrated artis have zero percentage getting noticed by community.

also from technical perspective it's not possible for now,because the 'Top' category have many parameter (since i'm not using official twitter api)

the best i can do is create blacklist for twitter user who post non-fanarts/advertisements with fanart hashtag

I understand that every artist wanted to be featured, but I don't like the bot sending non-artwork/advertisement rather than proper fanarts which is really annoying

Due to nature of the twitter hashtag it's impossible to filter out all these spam tweets... Unless you change the mechanism or remove the entire fanart features

hemm,it's hard to implement for both technical & social

the main problem is our bot can't see the image, yes it can be done with image recognition but it will create new problem with cost&time (i don't have money to use cloud gpu & i don't have time to training the ai)
