Remove logged-in user session info from initial state forms in NoRent onboarding

I originally wrote the initial state code to support both logged-in and onboarding users, but many of the steps (such as first/last name) only ended up being used for onboarding users, so we should simplify the code and just remove the vestigial parts for logged-in users.
