Two types of IPCPasswords ui saves and then fails to recognise

Bug description

Save passwords in ASF Config section of ASf-ui.

1. Spaces "IPCPassword": " ", in this case ui will say "Invalid password!"
2. Russian letters e.g. аааа "IPCPassword": "\u0430\u0430\u0430\u0430", in this case ui will show this clicking on "Refresh status" button will do absolutely nothing
