Color Not remaining. It goes away after restarting terminal powershell & windows poweshell.

I followed the instructions carefully, I see the colors when using the {Cool} theme, but when either powershell or wondows powershell is rebooted. the theme goes away. Its not sticking.

BTW - I am using this along side "Oh My Posh" terminal theme to get the colorful path blocks. 😉 They work fine together, its that PoshColor wont stick after rebooting the terminal for some odd reason. I even went to elevated mode and still nothing.
