Support `ignoreDuplicates: true` when adding entities to job state

https://github.com/JupiterOne/graph-nowsecure/pull/3/files is an example of a case where the data source is duplicating information. In these circumstances, the integration should be able to indicate that any duplicates it sees should be ignored.
