Remove Peertube link under Community dropdown

Fixes #807

Remove the Peertube link from the Community dropdown menu and add a new link to ColonyEvents.

• Remove Peertube Link

  • Delete content/community/peertube.md
  • Remove the Peertube link from themes/jb/layouts/partials/header.html

• Add ColonyEvents Link

  • Add content/community/gathio.md with the title "Gathio", description "A simple, federated, privacy-first event hosting platform." and direct link to https://colonyevents.com/events/
  • Ensure the Community dropdown menu dynamically includes links from the content/community directory

I'm unable to locate a .svg or proper logo for Gathio. I'm not sure if one exists outside of their fav icon on the projects website.

Hey thanks for contributing!

The only image I was able to find this PNG in their repo. But I don't like the idea of referencing the file directly from their repo because they could move the file and it would just randomly break the site.

We will definitely need to put some thought into how to reference this image.

@CGBassPlayer I seen the image in the repo as well, and had the same thought. I'll see if the maintainer of the project has any suggestions.

I have opened an issue with Gathio to get their thoughts on the projects logo. I'll update the pull request once I have received feedback.
