I am think that we should add the Tuxies to the Community drop down. I know that drop down needs to be cleaned up, but its still the most logical place in my opinion. As long as there is no objection of course!

Not because this isn't a good idea at this time of year - Tuxies season! - but because it is likely of low value for the rest of the 10 months a year, and no guarantee the site will remain live/maintained throughout the year either.
If we had a sort of historical results then I can see the year-long value, however in this case I am very much questioning the addition of another item to our already cluttered menu that, at this point, only presents the survey.
I am very much open to hearing what other think.
Another possibility could be to create a page for previous Tuxies winners and have a link to the tuxies voting be visible conditionally based on the time of year. Or if you don't think the tuxies voting would be consistently ready at the same time every year, just comment out the link and open a PR to uncomment it when you guys are ready?
I would have to research to see how to get the conditional rendering of the markdown since we wouldn't need a template for a single page. But I think that would be better than a direct link to the voting page.
this is a great approach! Nice idea as always @CGBassPlayer. Yes, if we can get a page made that features past Tuxies results, then certainly this sounds worthwhile!
