Remove the "JBTitles.com" from the LUP end show song

This came up again in LUP 499 (1:26:30). 😁 https://linuxunplugged.com/499?t=5186 "LUP End Show song" probably refers to the outro song by Ronald Jenkees. But "jbtitles.com" is not embedded in the audio file, Chris just says it every time.

I think a redirect from https://jbtitles.com/ to https://www.jupiterbroadcasting.com/community/matrix/ should be enough. But I think that's something for Wes.

Also related to #495 regarding replacing IRC with Matrix.
