FR: interactive toggle for to hide/unhide code cells

When sharing reports it is often good to hide the code; at the same time, it would be nice if the code was easily accessible when needed. R notebooks handle this beautifully with an interactive "toggle" and it would be really nice if this was supported in Weave as well.

With the way Weave.jl is structured this sort of toggling would have to be handled on the display end, which is outside the scope of this project. We might be able to do some limited toggling in some of the output formats (like HTML).

Thank you for the answer. HTML was actually the format I had in mind and I'm surprisd to notice that I missed to mention it explicitly.

I think we can add this feature to the HTML template. Or we could consider adding an option to choose from several HMTL themes. The good side about the current template is that it's quite compact.

Sorry to bump, but I just wanted to re-iterate that this would be really useful. For my own worn, I sometimes want to share html files where the important part of my audience don't care about the code, but a few would like to see it (so a toggle button would be perfect).
