The panic reason is "NotSupportedError", which means your gpu dose not support some vulkan features, since Zed use vulkan as backend currently. You can try update your gpu driver, updating...

This is really strange. With the latest commit on my computer, it's 155MB. I'm using Windows 11 with the MSVC compiler. 

I built a release, 134MB. It seems to be either an issue with MinGW or with Windows 10.
