I can't change the video quality

The quality option is always stuck on the "best quality (default)", when I click it the box just get highlighted with a blue color, nothing shows up

~~This is a known issue in v1.3.3, please uninstall it and reinstall v1.3.2 for a workaround~~

I've published a hotfix. Please reinstall v1.3.3
