Often I want to share a video to another app right after downloading it instead of saving it

That's not a thing Seal can do. Ask Apple or Google to add this to your mobile OS.

I know this is possible on both android and iOS. There are apps that support it, for example chance. If you open a video and tap the share button it lets you share it without saving it
