Downloads not showing in gallery

Describe the bug

The videos which i download don't show up in my gallery,and when try to find them in the files i usually get them but not in my gallery.I tried giving the download files the directory access of my gallery but failed to do so,and now they aren't showing in my albums.I've been suffering from this issue since May, uninstalled the app,deleted the data,but nothing seems to work.I'll be glad if you connect with me to resolve the issue,<3.
