Imported History file doesn't import anything.

Describe the bug

When I import a previously exported history file, nothing is imported. I checked the text file and all the information is in the file.

No error report since it is just exporting and importing the history file.

I'm not sure if it is related. When I move a file from the original directory and return it, The history list doesn't recognize it. The filename is never changed.

maybe there're some invalid characters in the output (usually quotes ' ")
