The Format and Quality buttons display the result of prior choices, rather than the label related to what they are for selecting.

Describe the solution you'd like

Perhaps underneath, the choice can be displayed (VP9, 480p), or the buttons can be relabeled with better context (F:VP9, Q:480)- some easy clue.
