weird behavior on youtube videos with multiple audio tracks

Describe the bug
When you download a Youtube video with multiple audio tracks (multiple languages) it seems that one is randomly selected (instead of the orginal audio track).
To Reproduce
just download a video of the examples below:

Update to v1.10.0, enable custom format selection and check the "Suggested" format as well as the list of "Audio" formats
Ok thanks, now i can download these videos in english, but the suggested audio-format is still spanish. I think it is not supposed to be this way.
side note:
if i select one of the panels under "Video" at the bottem of the "Format selection", the downloaded video will be in English:

I can reproduce this behavior on my PC with yt-dlp so i guess this should be reported to the upstream
The suggested format is based on quality not language that's why it's suggesting a different audio language
Actually it does have a sorting parameter for language but has a lower priority than quality
