Provide PyEZ fact for 32/64-bit kernel

This tracks the functionality requested in Juniper/ansible-junos-stdlib#174.

Provide a new PyEZ fact to indicate if the installed kernel is 32-bit or 64-bit.

Might also be helpful to indicate if RPD is running 32-bit or 64-bit.
