opencontrail integrated with redhat osp 10.0

I'm deploying ubuntu 14.04 + contrail 3.2.2, and I wish use it to integrate with our redhat osp 10.0(openstack newton) environment. Is that possible? currently I met the issue that api-server didn't start. I have looked up the issues here, there are so many issues are correlated with this, but most issues didn't get the answer. it seemed it's correlation with some service. when I start contrail-discovery manully, then api-server can listen on 8082 port, but "contrail.sh start" still report api-server didn't start. I have no idea now. Any help would be appreciated!
