Cassandra port needs to be changed from 9160 to 9042

The cassandra_server_list configuration in /etc/contrail/contrail-collector.conf, the port needs to be 9042 instead of 9160 now. Cassandra access has changed to cql which defaults to port 9042, 9160 was default port for thirft
