Summary

Would be really nice to be able to use juniper_junos_config to be able to load a diff, like with the CLI command "load patch". Saves us from having to manually re-order items added with set commands.

@ipv6freely This is definitely doable. Will raise a pull request with PyEZ first to make this change.
