PS3Landing is missing Record.css

Describe the bug Loading the PS3 Web Browser Landing Page is giving a Error in console:

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to PS3 Landing Page with Hyenas running.
2. Observe the log error in Console.
3. See error

Expected behavior No error in console and should have Record.css loaded.

Additional context This is a known bug till the record.css file is found and restored.
