Grid to Block grid migration - All pages even the ones in draft are getting published.

I have been trying to migrate from Grid to Block grid using the "Convert the site" button within in uSync Migrations.

The issue I'm facing is, during the Block migration, All pages are getting published, irrespective of whether the latest version of the page is a draft or published.

Please could someone help me with this issue?

Umbraco version: 10.7.0 uSync migrations version: 4.0.0-phase.4.1

I suspect this is a bug in how we convert the v8 content page, (e.g not looking at the published value correctly) but i will check.
