FEATURE REQUEST - in 4.0.0 pre 2.2 process all validated content and pass over errors (with report in filesystem)

Would it be possible for content to be processed in such a way that everything that passes validation is output to the destination folder anyway (rather than not at all) with a separate report for errors and a written file to show exactly where and how the errors occurred?
