Customizing numeric layout?

Hi, it seems that the numeric layout is not customisable. Can I customise it some way, like bottom row and function command?

What do you mean with "function command" ?

I was not clear in my question. I want to customise the numeric layout, the one I get when I touch [123+]. I know I can customise the bottom row (I've already done it, actually), and with "function command" I was speaking of the layout I get when I touch [Fn]. I would like to customise the numeric layout the same way I can customise these other two.
