Use more familiar defaults
Unexpected Keyboard should use default settings that are more familiar to users switching from other keyboards. The default height of the keyboard is more than other keyboards by default for example.

Key spacing could also be changed. I think FlorisBoard's default settings are comfortable and fast to type with. You should use similar defaults to what FlorisBoard uses.
The label size of keys should be determined by the user's selected font size unless the user has manually changed it
The maximum key spacing options should have higher maximum values.
