[Feature Request] Add option to enable a Permanent Notification to show up the Keyboard

The reason this Feature is really helpful to be added to Unexpected Keyboard is that, example, you develop a Mod/Addon for a Games, you want to debug it, but to open the In-game Console, needs "special" key press, e.g, F9, but there's no way to do it if you don't connect your phone to an OTG/Bluetooth Keyboard or using Virtual Keyboard that has that "special" key, i really hope this Feature is added to Unexpected Keyboard.
