TypeError: a[m] is not a function

Anyone know what TypeError: a[m] is not a function means? It appears to be affecting Google+ from loading.

Have multiple instances at www.trendinghype.com/

Click on one of the polls '> Click to expand' and you will see that the G+ doesn't work.
