How can I use bit.ly links within the twitter share button on Wordpress

Hello,

I have Wordpress site with the theme Hueman. (http://wordpress.org/themes/hueman). And I want to have a bit.ly link automatically generated when you click on the share button of twitter. Now it is just implementing the normal page URL.

How can I do that?
