It seems that the maintainer is not interested in reviewing/merging this **one line** change. I'll close this PR and continue to maintain a specific patch for NixOS (see [here](https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/blob/nixos-unstable/pkgs/servers/monitoring/uptime-kuma/fix-database-permissions.patch)).
