Support for touchscreen scrolling

As a person that travels a lot, I use a laptop to do a lot of my work on, but I realized that SPEdit doesn't support touch scrolling.

Will there ever be support for Touch UI? I'll even be fine if you just add an option to resize the width of the scrollbar, so I can easily press it.
