Pico SDK v2.0.0 breaks compile

The CMake scripts pull the "master" branch of the Pico SDK which is now updated to 2.0.0 which will not work with the code in this repo. Doing a git checkout to 1.5.1 in the Pico SDK repo before compiling solves the issue.
