switching avatars sometimes crashes Overte

When switching avatars, the current v8 branch (commit [9e48ecd](https://github.com/overte-org/overte/pull/185/commits/9e48ecde98b6e276b60fcabfde6d3ef4199b6193)) regularly crashes for me.

The 50% button is a really cool idea. This should make it a tiny bit easier for others to also add that.

Some blinds (like mine) don't support stopping through Home Assistant. In this case, it would be great to be able to hide the button for it, and maybe even move...
