Making it a panel, à la Project Plus? I really dislike drawers :)

Hi!

If you mean that the minimap should appear as a sidebar/splitpane inside the main window, than this is already possible. Take a look at Textmates preferences -> Minimap -> Show in Sidebar (will take effect for new windows).
