@prescod I know of an SFDO-ish product from Salesforce Impact Labs project. I have [this branch](https://github.com/Salesforce-org-Impact-Labs/01HousingandHomelessness/blob/feature/snowfakery-dataset/datasets/snowfakery.yml) which I was working on a Snowfakery yml which includes [this multiselect picklist fied](https://github.com/Salesforce-org-Impact-Labs/01HousingandHomelessness/blob/feature/snowfakery-dataset/force-app/main/default/objects/Service__c/fields/All_Types__c.field-meta.xml).

@mshanemc This makes sense, but is there any reason this seems to be especially true for Winter '23? We've seen our deploy times go from ~20 minutes to ~140 minutes....
