Tests hang at test_httprpc.jl

Julia v1.9.2, Windows 10 Add JuliaWebAPI v0.6.3 to a temp project with no other packages.

Tests run up to

Running tests from test_httprpc.jl
============================================================
starting httpserver in async mode...

then stall.

For what it's worth, I was trying to update the package to the latest version of HTTP.jl and found this. The problem, is already there on the latest release, and I can't get past this.
