Is this project still under development?

I am slowly implementing this over at https://github.com/daydreamt/pgm.jl. It's not in a usable state yet, and I will do an announcement on the mailing list when it is halfway there, but I'm pretty sure it is not abandoned :-).

It's a very large project though and I am open to any kind of collaboration (the DSL parser especially is my least favourite part, but even having someone to discuss the API to with would be nice).
