AirspeedVelocity.jl and JSON.jl

@palday We should keep an eye on the work being done on JSON.jl. At present we use JSON3.jl for save/restore of model fits but Jacob expects to release a new version of JSON.jl that would incorporate the enhancements of JSON3.jl

Also AirspeedVelocity.jl may be more useful for benchmarking than our current approach.
