Improve test coverage

Basis tests are missing on these features:

  • [ ] Add tests on BCI2000 axes.
  • [ ] Add tests on topocentric axes.
  • [ ] Add tests on surface points.
  • [ ] Add tests on geodesy routines.

Other minor tests are also needed across the entire package
