Run CI with `min` Julia (1.10.0) as well

Minor point, but for completeness and due to the very low level code in this package I'd suggest running CI tests also with the minimum supported Julia version. This is not identical with tests on the LTS versions since at this point the minimum Julia version is 1.10.0 and the LTS version is Julia 1.10.10.
