Add coverage badge to README?

Looks like you're submitting coverage in .travis.yml - would you like to display it on the README?

I don't have permissions on JuliaPy to do this. I think it is pretty straightforward (https://github.com/apps/codecov). @stevengj it seems like you have permissions. Could I trouble you to turn it on for the SymPy repository? Thanks.
