TOC issue in static PDF export

The behavior of the TOC during static PDF export has changed

Previously: The TOC was integrated into the main body of the text and occurred only once Now: It occurs on every page (see screenshot below)

It would be great if this could be changed back. Even though the TOC is shifted to the right, it puts noise on each page.
